Rob has in excess of 16 years experience in logistics and customer service management. Progressing from the factory floor to a senior management position has given him a real understanding of how a business operates at all levels. Working during this time for a company in rapid growth, Rob has developed an ability to guide people through continuous change whilst ensuring they remain focused on the customers needs at all times.

His expertise in the areas of logistics, warehousing and distribution include the management of a pick pack and distribution operation encompassing a team of 25 in both hands on and administration roles. He was responsible for the Distribution of in excess of 50,000 packs / pallets per year, achieving an on time delivery rate and accuracy of greater than 99.5 %. Supplying in excess of 3500 product lines sourced from seven different European countries. Rob has developed exceptional communication skills and a talent for analysing stock, product layouts and warehouse efficiencies that result in giving customers a consistent and reliable service at all times.

Having experienced the implementation of SAP (an I.T. system) twice, Rob can offer an invaluable service to customers going through system changes in the sales order, logistics and warehousing areas.
