Mike Greaves - Associate

Having spent 5 years working in the Automotive Sector, Mike Greaves obtained an MBA from the University of Glamorgan in 2001, focusing on IT usage and finance. He established his own business in 2000 and has obtained contracts to deliver business support on behalf of the Welsh Assembly and the Shaw Trust. He is an Associate of the Institute of Business Advisers and a member of the Good Corporation.

Mike is a highly motivated and dedicated individual who has had a wide range of experience within the automotive sector, where he undertook effective data collection and interpretative analysis for use at every level and was responsible for defining the specification and implementing the introduction of returnable packaging which achieved savings in excess of £500,000.  Effectively utilising the skills he developed from his MBA, he has preferred to focus on assisting new and established Small & Medium Enterprises through financial and marketing solutions. These have created increases in profitability and job creation over projections.  He has assisted scores of businesses obtaining development grants and loans from a variety of sources. 

He offers the proficiencies required to benefit his clientbase in a rapidly changing environment through a flexible open-minded approach incorporating creative and innovative strategies.
