Anybody who deals with customers can sometimes have to deal with their complaints. This modules looks at how to take responsibility for the complaint while not taking the blame. It looks at how to deal with difficult customers and difficult situations. Keeping calm and looking for solutions to customers problems are all covered. How to turn a complaint into a business benefit for both parties is also discussed.
